The tongue is sadly nowhere near any of these other muscles in your body, but that doesn't mean it should be disregarded at all. There's the heart that continuously pumps blood, your jaw muscles which lets you chew even the hardest of foods, your calves which are in a constant fight with gravity every second you stand up, and your glutes that support your hips and handles most of your upper body movements. There are lots of ways to measure how strong a muscle in your body is, and when pitted against other muscles, your tongue isn't really the strongest of them all.
